Rotary Tube Filling Machines: specifications
Rotary tube filling machines for automatic packaging are used for filling and sealing tubes in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical sectors. Tubes can be made of plastic (polyethylene, laminate, Coex, Polyfoil) or metal (aluminium).
For welding plastic tubes, we use hot air technology. With this special method, the tube is heated internally and then welded with cold pincers to ensure the best possible quality. During the heating process, the product inside the tube will never come into contact with hot air because it is protected by a special shield from the air intake.
In addition, with our rotary tube filling machines for automatic packaging, various forms of tube sealing can be performed, including:
- euroslot;
- crescent;
- wave;
- other customised shapes.
The filling of the machines takes place by mechanical volumetric method. The plunging-type filling nozzle fills from the bottom up. The tubes can be filled in several colours and stripes (for example, for products such as toothpaste).
Our packaging machines offer several options, including: tube cleaning, inert gas insertion, marking, control via cameras and other accessories.
